It all started in 2002 with brothers Michael and Patrick Rivers. After gaining well over a decade of experience in the aquarium industry we set out on our own and started Aquatic Designs in 2002. Our mission was to create beautiful aquarium displays for your residence or office and to provide the knowledge and services needed to maintain them. After 20 years, Aquatic Designs continues to provide the Tampa Bay area with the know-how and support required to bring your aquarium vision to reality.

Aquatic Designs works with you to create an aquarium display that will best suit you and your design needs.
It starts with an at home/office consultation that will provide you with the information and ideas needed to start the design process. This also provides us with needed information like size, shape and aesthetic of your aquarium. We then put together your custom aquarium quote based on the design requirements. |
Once the design and quote have been finalized, the building process begins. Aquatic Designs works directly with reputable manufacturers and suppliers to bring together the completed system. If your custom aquarium will be installed during new construction, we are able to work with your Architect, Contractor and sub-contractors to streamline the installation process.

Once your new custom aquarium system is built its then time for installation. The aquarium is delivered, installed and started. If needed, we work with your Contractor and sub-contractors to finalize the finishing details such as mill work.
